1. In the event of open damage to the goods delivered by the transport,

In the presence of the delivering driver, please let us know in writing about the damage on the cargo letter.
2. Never send goods to us unfree! Not adequately stamped consignments are rejected by our goods receipt and are returned to the sender at your expense.
3. A withdrawal of the goods in case of non-payment is unusual in the wholesale trade and is therefore excluded from us in principle.
This applies in particular to custom-made products and special orders.
4. For all items returned, it is essential that they are returned in the correct packaging, preferably in the original packaging. Goods with evident transport damages, also caused by insufficient packaging, are rejected by our goods receipt.

In the event of exclusion of the statutory warranty, costs may be borne by our contract workshop
